I really like them all. Would the smaller ones fit on a 28-30 mm miniature, or are they too big?
Keep it up.
After the last weapons I had printed were way too small, I have consciously made these designs larger, but they should still be suitable for other models to use. I've included a comparison shot below, with my guns and a GW SM Bolter. The bolter is included for scale only and will not be included in anything I produce.
I've added very simple handles that will be cut off when attached to a models hand, but included them just in case these ever get used slung over someone's shoulder or held in a weapons rack or something.

A Space Marine plasma pistol (all I had to hand) is approx 13mm long, so mine are not far out from that.
I've had a minor setback with getting these 3D printed, I put the order in but the company have contacted me to say that some areas of my model fall lower than 0.5mm in thickness (specifically parts of the forearm/lower leg armour and blades on weapons) so these can not physically be printed by the machines they have.
My parts fall as low as 0.3 mm, I guess I can alter these, expanding problem sections by 0.2mm without people even being able to tell with their naked eyes but of course it means a lot of work my end.
This doesn't mean that no detail on the model can be below 0.5mm it just means that any wall at its thinnest part must be 0.5mm.
I've thrown a couple of questions back to the company and will get working on the problem areas asap. I wont post progress pics at this point as the 0.2mm differences wont be noticeably different to the previous ones.

Fingers crossed. Who is printing for you? If they can't we will get z-corp to do them.

Hi Technoscream, I've been watching this project unfold with great interest whilst 'lurking' as I've been working on a synthetic alien concept in traditional methods for a while and now I'm out of the lurk closet I thought I'd congratulate you on some great work and quiz you a little bit!
I've been dabbling a fair bit with 3d software of late, mainly 3D sculpting in Zbrush, and have started to give Sketchup a try for 'straight line' concepts. My main query is which plug ins do you recommend to get the most out of the geometry?

Thanks Phil, I wouldnt have been here without your help!
I'm still waiting on a few parts to arrive (mostly the weapons) but I have in my hands so far; 7 multi part robot soldiers, a crate, a barrel & a wheel. All which are exactly what I was hoping for. As soon as I have taken delivery of everything I'll take pics!
