Ed asked me to let everyone know there is a problem with the Yahoo email address - the one used for TFM's PayPal account over on the store. Ed is currently unable to reply to emails using the Yahoo address. Therefore Ed will be changing the email to another ASAP. Orders will not be affected. Apologies to everyone who is affected by this issue.

I just got this fixed. Email works again but we will be changing it in time anyway.

I appreciate it. This is my first order from Trollsforge so I was a little apprehensive when I didn't receive any follow-up information regarding my order. I'm hopefully going to use the grubs as a substitute for Beasts of Nurgle in an upcoming league if I can get them painted in time.
Any follow-up info would be great. If it is possible to not fill the order in a timely manner I would understand. I'd just like to know quickly enough that I can pursue alternatives as I have kids so getting time to prepare models for gaming is pretty sparse.
I did get an e-mail a couple days ago and he informed me that he'll get the order sent out.
I hope everything gets worked out for your company soon. I work in the IT industry and I've seen problematic/untimely order processing and limited customer communication negatively impact more than one hopeful web-based business.
Hopefully all goes smoothly from here on out and I can recommend you to our gaming community. I coordinate a good sized WHFB league in the KC area and as GW continues to run away with their prices we are often discussing alternative miniatures and retailers. From discussions we've had with regional tournament players they are coming to the same conclusions. It is probably a good time to do what you do!
I believe the problems with Yahoo email have been resolved, and things should be running smooth from now on.
As to the future: TFM has expanded into being an outsource caster for other companies. This casting work will, in turn, support our community work. There has been some growing pains (Trollcast R&D, moving to new premises, setting up the business proper, hiring staff, the TFM Kickstarter, and all the other company Kickstarters!) but hopefully everything is back on track.
You and your group as welcome to join in the discussions here, and perhaps let us know what you want in the future, and what you like in our current range?
We are always after feedback, and look forwards to hearing what you have to say
I never knew GW had exclusivity on the whole concept of lizard like men. I mean, I got the whole thing with Chapterhouse trying to reproduce Space Marines and all that. But this is slightly different right?
Sorry for opening a whole can of worms about GW vs Chapterhouse now!
@fioes: I hope to see you more on the forum, bring your friends as well! We need to pump some life into this place again!
