To make a figure we need armature, but some resin figure come with multiple parts i.e separate hands or legs. My question is, when making the master figure, the armature is in full form (with hands or leg armatures attached) or already separated?

It depends on the model I'd say. sometimes it is just way easier to sculpt the arms/hands separately. Sometimes the poses are so busy, that an arm can be a real problem while sculpting the chest area or belly. Sometimes it is better to sculpt the whole figure in one piece though and then cut it with a fine modelling saw ( for casting mainly ) and to repair the missing mm that got lost due to the saw.
If you are looking for alternative parts like hand options and head options and alike, just sculpt those bits separately.
The most important part about mulitpart minis and kits is to make sure and check and recheck if the parts fit well and they are in a good proportional relation to eachother. Total disappointment when you just finished a great looking face and notice it is a mm too small just because you didn't check before and inbetween.
Have fun sculpting !
