After seeing that tutorial I immediately bought some tamiya clears. Now those are some awesome paints, the red one is like blood in paint-form, mixed with some dark brown ink like in the tutorial the effect is amazing. I mostly paint the area where I want the gore with (surprise) gore red first though, that way less layers are nescessary. A tip: always apply the blood effect after varnishing your miniatures as the varnish will dull out the wet-effect. The other colours are great too, try using the green or yellow clears mixed with brown ink for some amazing looking goo, drab or pus (works especially well for Nurgle models).
