Yeah, that's it. But in both our images i think the arm comes out too much. I was thinking more tucked in in a kind of asiatic blessing hand gesture. closer to the chest and a different finger gesture. Some kind of alien gang sign, that designates his stature. Or whatever. I like your's too.

The idea of the crystalline form over a corpse is really cool, BTW.
As for the third Mutzachan design, Mutzachan ship engineers are a really prevalent NPC in the game (almost a stereotype), so maybe have him in coveralls with some wierd tools on a belt, a hat with big googles, and generating a matrix with one hand and holding a data-pad with the other.

Do you think i should have the robed one with his arms crossed? do you think that would look better then what George or Augustus have going on?
Engineer thats awesome i think ill go with that what would be the best way to show him casting with one hand would it be a ball of energy in the out stretched hand or his whole hand on fire or making a complex movement with his hand?
really like the suggestions for the Andromeni will give a ball of energy a go later prob only be able to do a paint version for you guys to see thou

Ill see if i can get round to making an armored cross armed one at some point ill add it too the list
OK cool so looking at a data-pad while pointing in the other direction that way he can be a "the troubles over there" model as well as a caster
Yeah that would be cool fingers, toes, eyes etc also the most common characters you come across like you said the Mutzachan engineer are any other races commonly used for a particular NPC like umm the human gun dealer or goola-goola apple seller!?

It depends on the matrix I would say. I think the Mutzachans as energy controllers are most likely to fling stuff, but it's not necessary. The Chatilians use psychic power so they just concentrate and then some poor sod's head melts.
The Jezzadeic are unique in how they use matrices. They have a finite number of innate born "points" that they use to enchant an object. Once they sink points in an object (anything) they can then use the object to activate the power without using any points. This is why they tend to have lots of trinkets, object, and jewelry on them; lots of the stuff is enchanted items. They tend to put a lot of enchantment into their staffs, which can be fairly ornate and are usually family heirlooms (they can look like anything though since the Jezz enchants an object to make it his staff).
A high level power the Jezzadeic have to keep their staff safe, is they can make it turn into a snake like object which then burrows into the Jezz's body, remaining undetectable until called for.

The Jezz are sounding mighty cool :-)
can all races use matrix's or are there some that can't?
Right everyone has gone home for the day so i have been experimenting trying to make a Andromeni I tried a ball of energy with tentacles heading toward the fallen body but i couldn't get it to look right so i thought if they are energy they would be more of a wave then a ball and i started randomly moving the green-stuff around but always in a down ward direction and i have to say I'm really pleased with how it came out. there are energy tendrils poking out from all directions some big some small, some join up to others i really wish i could show you a photo of it.
I'm going round a mates house tomorrow ill see if he will let me use his computer and ill try to put some photos up

Only a few races can use matrices properly, but there is the possibility for ANY race to use them. In the game it's called latent extraction, where a normal person learns to harness their inner energies. You generally have to be very smart, make some random rolls, and then find someone to teach an "unnatural" and then you can do it. Latent extraction is pretty rare though. The natural matrix using races are Chatilian, Mutzachan, Zen Rigeln (Tza Zen Rigeln), Sye-Men, Ikrini, Jezzadeic, and Gemini.

Thats cool so it will be best to do the Chatilian, Mutzachan, Zen Rigeln (Tza Zen Rigeln), Sye-Men, Ikrini, Jezzadeic, and Gemini, as matrix users first then at a later date when we have models for everyone maybe throw in a few different races casting as well.
Last night i started on the corpse for the base for the Andromeni I'm just using a miscast from the Mutzachan it had part of its head missing and feet so i have put some basic robes on him and made the hole in the head look more graphic and started putting a face on him too i also made a new Andromeni as the one i made before was a bit too big.
I spent a while last night taking photos of the models and then i couldn't find my cable to attach it to the computer so unless i can find that going to have to wait till mid march for photos i should have alot done by then thou
I think for the third Mutzachan think I'm going to base it on the male from the street clothes sample

You will have to forgive me for the paint pic its not that great but it show what i have so far for the Andromeni. I just need to put the finishing touches to the corpse and its finished the Andromeni itself might be a mold makers worse nightmare as its covered in undercut sections and the ends are a bit fragile. i was thinking for the clear resin can you add dots of color to it that would spread around the model but still leave it mostly clear?
i have redone the shin armor bits on blue-razor as i wasn't that happy with them going to work on the melon heads over the weekend ill make a start on the engineer as well
