I'll update the walls soon, the will most likely be Mk IV, but I may mix it with the Mk III.
Notes: I'm not sure if this will print correctly as I added a groove between the 25mm grills, and this means they are slightly offset, and therefore the details are not exactly within printer's grid. I'll print it up after I've tweaked the underside (needs some bevels to aid casting). If it does not work I'll widen the grove between the grills so it's back within the grill.
I may also widen the interlocking lugs and sockets.

I've left enough space between the grills that at a later date I could hollow it out and make a 'frame' version that will take 4 x 25mm grills (which can be used as bases). The gaps also give a little bit of wiggle room.
I started playing with a design based on this version. Haven't begun on the wall yet, but just the floor tiles.
It's a 55mm square block, the inner square (which has the four grill tiles) is a 45mm square block, meaning that each of the four separate floor pieces is a 22.5mm square. I'm considering increasing the entire block from 55mm to 60mm, that way I could have four floor pieces of 25mm squares rather than the 22.5mm ones.
As you can see in the pic above, I've got four floor tiles connected to one another. The design itself needs some tweaking, the double pipes running along the edges of each floortile could be reduced to a single pipe running along the edges, the four pipes running alongside each other when two tiles are connected look a bit overkill.
