I've posted the core concepts of Attitudes, and I am not pondering how to categories and organise different groups of humans. Basically similar to Social group on wiki but with more structure underneath. Reducing human interactions and grouping for a wargame is going to be drastic, but all I need is a basic concept of how it should work 'in principle' and hopefully in a 'common sense' way.
Does anybody have any ideas, or research on how to go about this?
At the moment I have 'Individual modifiers' which are used for people you know, and 'Group modifiers' for any social group that can be identified (in look, speech, actions) and that you do not know personality (once you get to know them you gain an Individual modifier).
You can be part of a group where you do not know all the people, but you are all following a group leader, or set of concept known for that group. In this case you take on the Groups modifiers as your own while part of that group.
Interactions can be based on your Individual modifiers when on your own or representing yourself to those you know or want to get to know, or Group modifiers when you are part of a group.
The Tactical Sphere (table top wargame) makes use of Group modifiers to assess friend and foe.
