We fleshed out the Ikrini and the Jezzadeic as well in that edition of Galactic Underground 2. I am going to send Ed a PDF of some stuff so he can distribute to everyone. Some of it is unreleased so I'd rather do it that way. I can post some stuff here too.

Here's a PDF of some of the races from GU2 that we modified. Hopefully this helps. Also, BTW, if anyone is thinking of doing a Goola-Goola, I want to change the way they look, but I haven't come up with anything great yet. They are just lame purple dwarves right (feh), so I want to make something actually alien. I'llpost when I have a sketch I like.

Welcome Flipfriddle! good to have you here!
Thats some awesome art work
like the look of the fott its a bit different from the biker with a catapult from GU2.
if you have anymore you can share i would love to see it I've been buying the rulebooks to get more of a sense of the game and i like the descriptions you have for some of the artwork the dance in GU2 is my fav closely followed by "the moment when bluerazor lost it and started down the dark path of the combat mutzachan" just love his expression that drawing is the main reason i want to make a combat melonhead
I was thinking of doing a goola-goola after the fott are you gonna make them humanoid aliens?

I think we have one more Fott image - they are on the cover of the latest GU2. I'll post a detail here this weekend. Their back story didn't change at all. I just wanted to make them look a little wierder so we changed the artwork a bit. They are lanky and awkward looking now.
Hehe. I was playing the game when my friend "created" the combat Mutzachan. He got tired of being shot, so he adopted the strategy of firing his entire magazine at any target always to know that he tried his hardest. Bluerazor has ended up becoming a recurring NPC in the game.
The Goola-Goola, will still be humanoid, but I want to make them not look like a dwarf. They will still have ridiculously big and ornate beards, be short and stout (high gravity world) and carry loads of tools and gear. Still the master bodgers of the galaxy. But I don't know yet what their heads or hands will look like.

The Tanndai are in a book that is out of print and will be for a while. We want to rewrite their backstory a bit, but the basics will remain. They are all cybernetically enhanced beings; the highest art of cybernetics in the Alliance. They have given over their consciosness somewhat to a global network of consciousness on their home planet, and have a very rigid monarchy and militaristic hieracrchy. Their cybernetics are rarely flashy but usually subtle and very unique. The drawing I posted has a Tanndai with retractable blades that flow from his forearms out between the split hands. The warrior castes have the large mask that appears in that illustration. It's always elaborate, and unique to a family. It contains all of the Tanndai's advanced optics and neural cybernetics. They also have three legs, and practice a martial arts that makes use of it. Their feet usually have no shoes as they have long strong toes that alow them to grip things. They are balled up like a fist to walk on. If I have some details of their hands and stuff I'll post them. That is the only piece of art that exists for them right now. I made it just for that book.

Thats great another image of the fott would be great i've amended my designs so they have the larger ears and a more humanoid face with more teeth I've got plans to do a redneck family then an armoured version maybe bionic and was thinking of a spacesuit as well are spacesuits a different type or is the standered armour vacum proof?
you can let your friend know ill be making a combat Mutzachan model hopefully he will approve
Thats cool look forward to seeing what you decide on :-)
Im liking the Tanndai the split hands three legs and the masks have really got me. are they the ones last but one on the race chart we have on here they about 6.5ft?
Im going to end up making models of everything(well at least plan too)!!!

You can buy options for your armor to make it vacuum proof. Or there are spacesuits. Typically when we've played with characters in a ship, if it gets into combat, SOP is to depressurize the ship so if it gets hit, all your gear doesn't get sucked into space. And most use spacesuits with a personal shield because armor is too bulky and clumsy in a spaceship.
Tanndai are second from right on the bottom row of the scale drawing.
BTW, we also have a bunch of NPC races, the Arachnid menace (big nasty stuff) and monsters too. I'll be sending Ed some of that to distribute since a lot of it is unreleased and I don't want to post it online.

cool i look forward to getting the extra races and more details on the Arachnids :-)

Yeah, Mutzachans are modeled on the classic "Grey" alien that is pretty common. The large headed being with big eyes and a thin form. Ours vary a bit in shape (like the combat Mutzachan) but they all have huge heads.
I like the zombie idea too, but I think if you went with that the 'host' would be and look dead but not have the shambling stupified attributes of a zombie. A zombie with dignity. maybe looking down at his hands in wonderment of his new host's perticularities...

Yeah, that's a bit closer. When they first inhabit the host they kind of try and get used to the new form as they heal it. Here's a quote from one as it enters a Cizerack (cat):
Hmmm. . . Well, this form is most enjoyable. It feels quite strong and yet light on its feet. Once healed this will be an excellent container for my intellect. My goodness, the senses of this creature are much more sophisticated than my last host, pleasant though they were. The scents are coming alive around me, and my vision! My, what a difference! I had thought it was quite limited in that wonderfully barbaric lizard form, but I had grown accustomed to it. But this! The universe has certainly outdone itself in regards to this fine beast. Well, I’m off. . . Wait, what’s this? It seems this creature uses all four appendages to walk properly. This will take some getting used to.
